Why we should get a class pet
Why we should get a class pet!
I strongly believe we should get a class pet for multiple reasons, including personal comfort while learning, stress and anxiety relief and an impact on the level of self awareness. Here is how I feel about having an animal within the classroom.
Nobody in their right mind can possibly say that students never get stressed or anxious at school. Sometimes things just get too overwhelming, whether it’s school work, friendship problems or stuff at home, either way we all get worked up once in a while and it has been proven that animals help calm us down. So if we have a furry friend around and we are upset, our emotions will ease to relaxation.
Children are very roudy creatures that patrol the classroom with immense noise and destructivity. Animals generally don’t like loud noise so having a class pet could teach us become more calm and create a more peaceful environment. It could also help us become more self aware within the class.
And last but not least, animals are so adorable and cute, even the blobfishes. Their fluffiness or scaliness will bring school to life and finally make school exciting.
Those are my reasons for getting a class pet, I hope you agree and consider my reasoning. Thank you for reading.

gardening my garden!
Gardening my Garden!
Hello! In Room 1 we have been gardening and maintaining our backyards for the last 3 weeks. I enjoyed getting in touch with the earth and watching the insects crawl around the plants.
Here are some photos! (Unfortunately, I didn't get to take the 'after' and decoration photos.)
